Actually,in my five years of college I can say that I am an average student. During my first year in college, I have that habit during na mag aaral lang kapag may exam. Although alam ko na ndi to enough for an accountancy student like me. After some time when I reached second year in the middle of second sem I joined the JPIA wherein I got the chance to meet our mentor and happened to be the JPIA adviser that.From him, I find my urge to study really hard when I saw his dedication in teaching us. When I finally got the momentum to study harder I thought it's too late but despite of that he still believes in me kasi nakitaan nya ko ng potential.That is why I tried my best to excel in his class and yes I did.Habang tumatagal umuunti na yung na section kasi nga may qualifying exam during 2nd year.Luckily,nakagraduate ako ng Management Accounting in my 4 years of studying.From there,we have the choice to continue the 5th year level pero syempre in the condition that we passed qualifying exam. Fortunate enough I also surpassed the last year to be an eligible graduate of BS Accountancy although ndi naging maging madali kasi nag working student ako during that time.

This will be my story how I hurdled just to pass not just once but four times. During my first take,working pa din ako pero nag leave ako for 3 months to review but unfortunately I didn't passed in my first try. For i know that I really want to have that license I continue reviewing then I took May 2013 as my second take but again I failed. I decided to work again since I need to save for the tuition fee to enroll for a review school.After some time, I became that persistent to have the title that is why during November 2013 I enrolled myself to a refresher course since twice na akong nag fail. After I finished my refresher course I decided to stop working since I realized na parang may kulang ung feeling na hinahanap hanap mo tapos ndi ka complete at ayun nga ung pagiging CPA.Although ndi ko naman sinasabi na it will define you as a person pero pag alam mo na may gusto kang bagay na maging hawak kamay mo na gagawin mo lahat para lang maangkin. Then, i start reviewing again for my 3rd take on October 2014.Sad to say didn't pass again and the worst feeling pa is ung 1 point na lang alam mo na pwede ka ng maging conditional.Nung nalaman ko ung result syempre umiyak ako nalungkot pero nangibabaw pa din ung tiwala ko kay God sa plano nya. Although may mga ilang nagsasabi na tigilan ko na daw kasi ndi daw ba ko napapagod pero imbes na maging weak at makinig sa kanila.Mas lalong lumakas loob ko na magtake for the fourth time at dahil sa lakas ng support system ko  from those na talagang naniwala sakin all the way I became stronger more than I can imagine and made me decide to take the risk again and finally come May 2015 the perfect timing God has planned for me already came. Yes!CPA na po ako by God's grace. Sa sobrang saya ko napaiiyak ng wagas at napatalon akala nga nila kung anung balita na ung dumating sakin pero isang good news ang tumapos sa pag aantay ko para makamtam ung CPA title ko.

Just an advice to those who didn't make this time this is not the end of your journey.At isantabi mo muna lahat ng hugot sa buhay pag-ibig mo.One at a time lang mahirap kapag pinagsabay sabay mo.Learn to prioritize and know yourselves dahil ikaw lang makakaalam kung anu ba talaga gusto mo sa buhay.Huwag mo depende sa ibang tao yung mga plano mo sa buhay.Remember buhay "mo" yan. Don't be discourage exam lang yan it will not measure how good you are as a person but If you really want to pursue to have the title then go for it.Don't just follow your dream.Chase it!If sa tingin mo ginawa mo na lahat let God works on your life for sure he has the answer for all the questions you have.Just trust him and have faith that he will lead you to a better path.Laban lang ng laban future CPAs.
