1. The new CPA should submit following:
   1. Duly accomplished oath form
   2. Current Community Tax Certificate
   3. 1 piece passport size picture
   4. 2 sets of metered documents stamps
   5. 1 short brown envelop with name and profession
      
      
2. Payment of 
   1. Registration fee of P600
   2. Annual Registration fee of P450 good for 3 years
      
      
3. Personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered  Professionals
   
   
4. Attend the Oath Taking
   
   
5. Issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration
